I suppose I shouldn’t pick on eateries too much, but if you’re going to spell something incorrectly, at least spell it incorrectly everywhere. It’s all about consistency.  Also, the asterisk on “steak” is intriguing. Is it only sometimes real steak, and the rest of the time emu?

Yum! Monterary Jack is the best kind of cheese ever. It’s much better than the normal provolone — or the Cheez Whiz used in Philadelphia — on a Philly cheesesteak. If only every cart at the state fair had Monterary Jack…
