I suppose I shouldn’t pick on eateries too much, but if you’re going to spell something incorrectly, at least spell it incorrectly everywhere. It’s all about consistency.  Also, the asterisk on “steak” is intriguing. Is it only sometimes real steak, and the rest of the time emu?

So, either the crew of Fringe has never been to school, or the most recent episode of Fringe (Jacksonville) occurs in the alternate universe, where the Big Apple is known as “Manhatan.” Perhaps there it’s called the Big Orange.
